The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of experience to join the company's fast-growing sales team and help fuel our pipeline at a critical inflection point. You'll be a sharp, tenacious outbound seller who thrives on cold calls and can book qualified meetings with enterprise buyers. The company is redefining enterprise automation with AI agents that learn by watching — backed by Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and Felicis Ventures — and we're seeing 40% month-over-month revenue growth. You'll join a small, high-performing sales team in our San Francisco office and have a direct impact on the company's trajectory.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving outbound prospecting through cold calls and cold emails to generate qualified meetings for the AE team
- Hitting a monthly quota of ~10 qualified leads (bookings) — a target the current SDR team is consistently achieving
- Qualifying prospects against the company's criteria and handing off vetted meetings to Account Executives
- Learning and articulating the company's AI automation platform to enterprise buyers across insurance, healthcare, and fintech
- Collaborating closely with a tight-knit sales team to refine messaging, share learnings, and build a repeatable sales motion
About the Team
The company is a tight-knit, high-velocity team working out of our office in San Francisco's Mission District. We operate five days a week in-person, fostering deep collaboration and rapid iteration.
The founding team has been working together for 10+ years, led by CEO Lucas Ochoa and co-founder/Head of Engineering Pablo. We value sharpness, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to move fast—our interview-to-offer process has been as quick as three days when we find the right person.
We're looking for people who are adaptable, entrepreneurial, and excited to build something from the ground up. Culture fit matters deeply here: we want teammates who are smart, open-minded, and ready to pound the pavement in a startup environment. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and want to be part of a team that's taking on multi-billion dollar incumbents with a fundamentally better approach, the company is the place for you.
The Product
The company's generative AI platform builds agents that click around on customers' computers, read complex documents, and do their work for them. Customers create automations by simply sending screen recordings or walkthroughs of the workflows they want automated—via something like a Loom video—and the company turns that into production-grade automation.
The platform focuses on:
AI-Powered RPA: Intelligent agents that replace traditional robotic process automation at 10x the speed and lower cost
Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Reading and processing complex documents automatically
Enterprise Workflow Automation: End-to-end automations that save enterprises the time and cost of manual work and legacy automation tools
The company serves enterprise customers—particularly in insurance, banking, lending, and healthcare—that typically have extensive automation teams and expensive legacy software licenses. The platform makes the case to replace both the labor of automation teams and the license costs of incumbent tools, saving customers millions of dollars while creating massive efficiency upside.
